Protesting does not only happen in the streets. It also happens on the phone, at the dinner table, in our purchase behaviors, in our word choices.
Protest is both a noun and a verb. It means to go against something that has been said or expressed and deciding to do something about it. It recognizes that the world is not yet what it could be. It is often full of lament, songs of deliverance, and a decision to be “with”. What a beautiful definition of worship.
